Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be credited for the unused portion of your current plan. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Video credits are used for 1:1 video interview sessions with AI avatars. Each session consumes one credit. Credits reset monthly on your billing date. Unused credits do not roll over. You can purchase additional credit packs anytime if you need more practice sessions.
Institutional licenses include provisioned student accounts, unlimited AI chat access, pooled video credits (15 per student annually), analytics dashboard for instructors, cohort management tools, and email support. Panel interview credits can be added for an additional $49/student/year.
Yes. Annual billing saves you 2 months compared to paying monthly. For example, the Pro plan is $590/yr instead of $708/yr (12 × $59). Annual plans are billed upfront and renew automatically unless cancelled.
